Riviera Cancun Golf Club

Two loops of 9 holes through the lush Mexican surroundings, over lagoons and streams, this is a typical Jack Nicklaus design, meaning that every club in your bag should get a workout whilst playing all 18 holes. Infamous for extremely undulating putting surfaces, hitting the green in regulation at Riviera Cancun is by no way guaranteeing you a par! The golf course is a proper test for anyone who visits from the many nearby hotel properties, with this being like a little oasis out of the way. 

There is everything you would hope and expect from a golf course. On the front nine you will find the “gettable” short par four 6th hole to the never-ending and narrow par five 9th hole (a well-deserved half-time drink is advised after this undertaking). 
The finally to the back 9 is especially testing, yet enjoyable. Finishing with a lovely over-water tee shot at the par-three 15th, followed by two incredibly solid par 4s, then the closing par-five 18th gives you a chance to make back a stroke that might have since been lost on the previous holes. 
A truly wonderful golfing experience, with a clubhouse that you could happily sit in for hours, watching group after group concluding their rounds.
