Quinta da Marinha Golf Course
Host to the PGA Senior Tour Championship in 2002 and the Challenge Tour in 2007, the Quinta da Marinha golf club offers a great course suitable for players of all standards. The Hotel Quinta da Marinha is a great base to sample this, and some of the other wonderful golf courses in the area.
At just under 6,500-yards, the Quinta da Marinha Golf Course is perhaps not the longest track, but interesting and enjoyable nonetheless. This beautiful par-71 parkland has picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sintra Mountains, while the golf course itself is constructed over beautifully undulating fairways. The addition of pine woods, water features and five par 5s adds to its difficulty, with the back nine tracing the cliff tops of the Estoril Coast.
