A Jack Nicklaus signature design and one of the very best courses in the Caribbean without doubt, many consider this Jack's best golf course design, boasting some of the best coastal golf holes in the world, let along the Dominican Republic. There are signature holes throughout, with high tariff shots required if you pick the trickier tees. Some holes need to be seen, to be believed.
The gentle opening par 4 doesn’t prepare you for the spectacular par 5 signature 2nd hole which is picture postcard perfect golf. The back tee on the long par three 13th hole is where you will find yourself standing and wondering how such a hole could be designed and built. Only the perfect yardage will see your tee-shot make dry land.
The golf course doesn’t disappoint from start to finish and provides good scoring opportunities but with the wind being a major factor in club selection due to the elevation changes as the course stretches away from the coast and uphill before playing back down towards the sea for an incredible stretch of finishing holes to cement this world class golfing experience.
