Old Head Golf Links
One of the most recognisable courses in the world, the Old Head Golf Links is situated on a rugged, unique headland that stretches 2 miles into the Atlantic Ocean and offers stunning Ocean views on all 18 holes.
It is located 50 minutes from the city of Cork and an hour and 45 minutes from Killarney, to say it is worth the drive is an understatement.
The drive through the ancient gates with waves crashing beneath you is the start of a truly remarkable golfing experience. Old Head consists of five par 5’s, five par 3’s and eight par 4’s, nine of the holes are played along the cliff tops. Be sure to take some extra balls with you.
