Luffness New Golf Club
The Luffness New Golf Club is deceivingly named for a golf course built in 1894. It is a traditional links course, excellently presented year-round, having some of the purest putting surfaces in Scotland. On the modest side at just over 6,500 yards from the back tees, the wind and weather conditions will play a big part in your scoring.
Located next door to Gullane Golf Club, Luffness New Golf Club is the perfect neighbour; very courteous, well presented and not too loud and disruptive! Only 1 mile outside the town of Gullane, where some of the best eateries in Scotland are located, you are spoilt for choice when staying in this part of East Lothian.
Luffness New presents immaculate rolling fairways, with some harder to find than others. The course loops back to the clubhouse several times, so there is a chance that if you are playing more than once, it might be drastically different to your previous visit.
