Laytown and Bettystown Golf Club
A hidden gem of a links course in County Meath located only 15 minutes from Drogheda and 30 minutes from Dublin Airport, Laytown and Bettystown Golf Club is an ideal course to play on a short break to Irelands East Coast.
A true links course in every sense of the word and founded in 1909 as a 9-hole course and 8 years later turned into an 18-hole course. The course is not overly long by modern day standards but contains all the traits loved by fans of links golf. Humps, hollows, narrow green entrances and a traditional out and back layout.
Only 3 par 3’s on the course but also includes 3 short Par 4’s that are excellent risk and reward holes. The clubhouse is one of the friendliest we have been to so be sure to call in after your round.
