Located in the beautiful Riviera Maya, this PB Dye design golf course sits just south of Cancun. Only a short shuttle over the road from Iberostar Paraiso Resort, 18 well-manicured greens are in wait for well struck irons and wedges.
Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club will require accurate tee shots, with dense forestry lining many of the fairways. At 6,800 yards from the back tees, it is a fair test for any golfer’s requirements, but certainly not to be underestimated.
It is best to take advantage of any early scoring opportunities offered up by the opening stretch of holes as you play away from the clubhouse. Playa Paraiso Golf Club may not be as kind in the closing holes, and any golfer who plays around their handicap here should be very proud of themselves.
The back 9 is where the golf course begins to show its length, and still managing to offer up great a variety of holes, with doglegs, short and long holes, water hazards and even some holes protected by a wide array of animals too.
One of the best parts of choosing to play Playa Paraiso during your golf break in Mexico, is that buggies are always included, along with the buggy bar! So even if your golf game might not be at its very best, there is no excuse not be enjoying your round.
