This course is unique to Spain in that it is entirely seeded with Pencross Grass. The front 9 is relatively flat but requires accuracy through the tight tree-lined fairways and well-guarded greens. The back 9 is set in more hilly terrain with all the tees being built on walls offering impressive views of the surrounding area. At 6600 years in length and a good variation in difficulties, the Girona Golf Course is a popular choice with players of all levels and abilities.
